The failure of 30125-4 and 30125-1011 occurs due to the fact that the antivirus, proxy server or firewall create obstacles to the normal installation of the Office.

There are several ways to fix the situation.:

• First, we try to restart the PC. Sometimes this is enough to fix the glitch.
• If the download is done via Wi-Fi, switch to a wired Internet connection.
• If the Internet is very slow, we use the Office distribution, which does not require additional downloads. Download Microsoft Office. You can also install the program from the disc.
• We are installing an Office from another location. Sometimes problems with Microsoft Office arise due to network limitations. For example, the user cannot download the program at work, but everything works out at home. You can also contact your system administrator to remove network restrictions.
• Temporarily disable or delete the antivirus. An antivirus program configured to maximize threat protection may prevent the installation of Microsoft Office. Do not forget to activate the antivirus again after installing the Office!
